Hi everyone,
Long time no see. I hope all of you are doing OK. I’m sending you this information about the MHRC toy drive for this year. Remember the toys have to be new and unwrapped. I don’t have any ideas yet of who will be participating in the actual drive to the hospital. Any volunteers?
I also need to inform all of you about the fact that Theresa and I will be moving out of the area. We are purchasing a house in Long Beach WA. We have been talking about this for a long time and finally decided to make the move. We plan to remain in the club for as long as the club exists. However I will not be able to remain as your president and Theresa will not be able to remain as your treasurer. I truly appreciate all of you accepting us into your club and having enough faith in us to take on these positions. We believe that it would be very difficult for us to continue in our positions while living permanently at the coast.
We have a spare bedroom that is full of raffle prizes for this year’s Planters’ Days show. Can any of you store these for the club? Please let us know.
